Our Story
The Perspective Behind ANLY
My understanding of travel began inside hospitality, long before I began designing journeys. I learned how a guest experience is built from the other side, alongside the people whose work is to make it feel effortless.
Twenty-five years of that work took me through very different rooms. There were years living in London and more with one foot still there, behind the scenes of across Europe. And there were three years leading client services for a private jet company, where a need had to be met before the sentence was finished.
What changed me, though, was never on an itinerary. It was the conversations over a late table, with people from places I had never been, where a way of seeing the world was simply handed to me.
I came to see how much planned travel goes to look at things, and how little of it is ever brought close enough to the people who give those things their meaning.
ANLY exists to close that distance. Everything I learned on the other side of hospitality now goes toward one thing: a journey where you are not simply shown a place, but made to feel you belong in it.

That care is what we bring to every conversation we sit down to. Because in the end, whatever I have chosen to do, it was always about the same thing the connection waiting on the other side of it.

How it All Began
The first idea arrived on a summer afternoon in London, walking from Sloane Avenue toward Elystan Street. Those two names became my first company, Sloane Elystan, and the thought behind them mattered more than the names: that exceptional service is not a standard to meet, but a kind of attention.
It took me years to fully understand that attention. As a travel advisor making a journey effortless was never the point. The point was what that effortlessness allowed: the quiet sense of having belonged somewhere you had only meant to visit.
.
That idea became the foundation of the company and, years later, remains part of ANLY.

The Name ANLY
ANLY grew from Sloane Elystan, but the change was never about becoming something entirely new. It was about finding a name that better reflected what the work had become.
Over time, our understanding of travel deepened. The arrangements still matter. They always will, but the journeys that stay with us are rarely remembered for how perfectly everything was arranged. We remember how a place made us feel, what it revealed, and the moments we could never have planned for ourselves.
So Sloane Elystan became ANLY.
Look closely and the letters were there all along. A reminder that growth does not always mean reinvention. Sometimes it is simply refinement.
